The Caring Sisters Network visited Parlock Primary School, in Newlands West to handover school benches donated as per a campaign that ran throughout the month of September.

This is the second handover as part of the donate a bench campaign, initiated by the Caring Sisters Network after a teacher highlighted the need for benches at schools.

On witnessing the initial heart-warming response and excitement towards the benches donated, the Caring Sisters Network identified with more schools who were in need, to share the same joy and hope as we firmly believe that a conducive learning environment aids productive learning.

A total of 30 benches were provided to the school in Parlock.

The handover took place during the first lunch break and we were welcomed with such appreciation. A short thank you program was put together by the learners to show their gratitude.
