Alhumdulillah CSN brings you another opportunity to “give and gift” in this blessed month of Ramadaan Insha Allah.

CARING SISTERS NETWORK EID SMILE😊 🎁 CAMPAIGN

After a month of sacrifice, sabr, restraint and fasting we all look forward to EID…
Many of us are already planning our Eid Gifts and Alhumdulillah we most certainly are of the fortunate and blessed that we can start planning our Eid gifts for our near and dear ones in advance.

The CSN EID SMILE CAMPAIGN has become CSN’s SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN💞
Its one that is very dear to our hearts and this year will have marked 14 years for the campaign. But we painstakingly could not do the campaign last year, so Alhumdulillah this year marks 13 years since the inception of the campaign.

In 2008 we put smiles on the dials of just 32 madessa learners in kwa mashu.
In 2019 we gifted 3856 less fortunuate madressa learners and ophans for Eid ul Fitr.

This year we hoping to create even more smiles Insha Allah.
5000 children will be gifted for Eid-ul Fitr
All the recipients are from lower-socio economic areas, financially challenged families, some are even orphans.

This is an Eid Gift so yes majority are muslim.
We do concentrate on madressas and makhtabs.
However in the township madressas very often we have children who have not reverted yet.
They attend madressa, learn to read, pray and learn about our deen etc.
Hence our list comprises of zakaah and lillah recipients as in one madressa or class we cannot gift 26 and leave 3.
We pray and hope that these gifts serve as our dawaah as well.

So for those who are famaliar with CSN for years, you will seen our gifts grow in size and value.

But due to circumstamces and packing constraints we this year unfortunately have to downsize the gifts and restrict our packing protocols.
Taking the no(5000) into acc, we have have come up with a gift smaller than our previous(2019s was valued at R650 each) and hoping that the gifts will still bring joy to the recipients.
May Allahswt accept our intentions of bring joy to the less fortunate for Eid.

The gift will comprise of:
A winter throw…..ideal as we head into winter.
And a drawstring bag filled with goodies and some stationery.

Alhumdulillah we have a few sponsors who have very generouly as always open their hearts to the project.

And so all you have to sponsor is R100 per gift(Gift is valued at R250)

We will be packing and distributing these gifts to the various institutions next week IA so that the institutions can hand over to the children just before Eid Insha Allah.

We always gift all the teachers, aapas, muallims as well.
And this year we will be doing same IA, but we had some very generous sponsorships for them this year. We just awaiting all the donated items to come in before we can post their gift details.

All banking details on the poster and cash can be dropped off at the office IA.
