CSN READERS ARE LEADERS CAMPAIGN 2018
In Celebration of National Book Week which is held from the 3-9 of September, The Caring Sisters Network launches its 5th Annual Readers Are Leaders Campaign.
The Aim of the Campaign is to encourage and Promote a reading culture, as Reading and literacy are at the heart of personal growth, community development and a thriving nation.
Over the past four years, The Caring Sisters Network has donated just over 10.000 Books to Schools within the Township.
2017, saw the Readers Are Leaders campaign reach new heights by providing 50 Islamic Libraries, complete with a book shelf and a set of Islamic educational and story books to Township Madrassas, Day care centers and After School Facilities.
This year we Aim to provide Educational Literature to Underprivileged schools within the Township Region and encourage all to join in our Educational Book Drive.
We require Fiction and Nonfiction Books, Encyclopedias and Study Aids for both Primary and High school Students.
We urge individuals to donate with dignity, New or Second Hand Books in good Condition will be accepted.
